This is special honey made by very special bees.  Every ounce of honey was produced by hand rescued bees right here in the Lehigh Valley.  We found these bees in apartment cielings, on buildings in the city, and numerous front yards.  After an initial consult we convinced them (with the help of a vaccuum and a suit) and relocated them to a field of wildflowers.  
 
Some hives were complete and others had to be integrated into the apiary.
